Before launching RecruitHook, Mike served as Vice President at a leading financial recruiting firm, where he became one of the top producers worldwide. Earlier in his career, he worked in public accounting at KPMG and in the fast-paced world of Wall Street with Knight Securities — experience that gives him an insider’s view of what high-performance organizations look for.

Outside the office, Mike’s competitive streak shows up in a different arena — Texas Hold’em — and when he’s not reading situations at the card table, he’s out deep-sea fishing, freshwater fishing, or hanging with his two kids. One more thing: Mike believes food should come with heat, lots of it, and he’s never met a spice level he couldn’t handle.
